We’re a small team of builders aiming to take on the travel industry. Our mission is to empower the world’s traveling teams. From a practical standpoint this means we’re building products that enable businesses of all sizes to book, manage, and circulate travel. We see enormous opportunity in this industry and are looking for like-minded people ready to make an impact.

Along with lofty business goals, we’re equally focused on building a culture of growth and sustainability. That is to say, we’re going to continue making strides as a company, but won’t sacrifice individuals’ work-life balance in the process. • Typescript, with some legacy / non-monorepo Node and JS portions

The Role

Tripgrid is looking for problem solvers looking to join a small team with potential for a large impact. More specifically, for this role we’re looking for someone who:

• Has 0-4 years of experience working with software
• Ideally has worked with Typescript / Nodejs / Javascript previously
• Possess a strong willingness to learn and adapt to changing situations
• Can recognize technical best practices and how to implement them
• Leans on past experience to impact technical and non-technical decisions

• A standardized pay scale starting at $65-100k per year, depending on leveling and experience
